Corporate Accounts Manager

Position: Corporate Account Manager
Role: Responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts, building strong client relationship and providing excellent customer service. Main products are SEO, SEM and Internet Advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and sell them on Internet keyword advertising listings primarily through telephone sales, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues.
  • Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company.
  • Be a key influencer in making search and Internet display advertising 'top of mind' amongst small to medium businesses in the market.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned.
  • Understand all new products and their roles

Experience and Skills Required

  • A diploma/degree in business/marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Internet media or media sales experience, preferred.
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Good understanding of the media/Internet industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
  • Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

TeleSales Executive

Position: TeleSales Executive – Online Advertising
Role: Responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts, building strong client relationship and providing excellent customer service. Main products are SEO, SEM and Internet Advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and sell them on Internet keyword advertising listings primarily through telephone sales.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments for Search Consultants.
  • Provide excellent customer service in responding to general client requests via both phone and email.
  • Coordinate and fix sales appointments for Search Consultants primarily through telephone.
  • Efficient maintenance and updates of consultants' appointment calendar, and ensure efficient allocation of productive meetings.
  • Send product information to potential clients via emails, and follow-up on email enquiries.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Min O levels or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
  • A proven track record in telesales / telemarketing / cold calling.
  • Excellent telecommunication skills and phone etiquette skills
  • Aggressive in achieving assigned targets.
  • Solid commitment to customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
  • Comprehension of the media/Internet industry preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
  • Candidate who excels in role will be given opportunity for promotion to Corporate Account Manager.
